BLOCK - Original 428 (A casting) block bored oversized to .040, honed for moly rings, decked, line honed. Painted inside with Rustoleum to aid in quicker oil return. Outside of block painted with your choice of factory colors. Fitted with new cam bearings and new brass freeze plugs.
CRANKSHAFT - Factory stroke 1U casting, precision finished on both mains & rod journals, micro polished with oil holes chamfered.
RODS - Factory C6AE connecting rods that have been shot-peened, resized, fitted with new ARP 3/8" chrome moly rod bolts for maximum strength.
PISTONS - Forged Speed-Pro L2303NF Pistons.
68cc = 10.70 Compression., 71cc = 10.40 Compression, 74cc = 10.11 Compression.
RINGS - New Moly faced top comp. ring w/premium stainless oil ring.
BEARINGS - New Clevite M77 Tri-metal bearings to match crankshaft.
CAMSHAFT - New hydraulic PAW camshaft. Other brands available. Phone for price.
TIMING CHAIN SET - New P.A.W. double roller chain and gears.
BALANCED - Complete rotation assembly is electronically balanced. Pistons come fitted to rods.
