BLOCK - New GM Standard Bore 4 bolt main iron block with 1-piece rear main seal. Honed for Moly rings. Painted inside with Rustoleum to aid in quicker oil return, The outside of block is painted with a choice of factory colors. Fitted with new cam bearings and brass freeze plugs. Kit include new aluminum rear main seal retainer kit.
CRANKSHAFT - Cast iron 1-piece rear main seal crankshaft custom ground on rod and main journals. Micro polished with oil holes chamfered.
RODS - Factory forged rods that have been shot-peened, resized, fitted with new chrome moly rods bolts for maximum strength.
PISTONS - New hypereutectic flat top pistons. These pistons offer longer engine life, improved scuff resistance, increased piston stability and enhanced cylinder sealing. Flat top piston using 67cc head cc will give you apx 9.1 compression ratio. This compression is designed for computer- controlled vehicles. Optional Forged Piston upgrade: PHONE
RINGS - New Moly faced top comp. ring w/premium stainless oil ring.
BEARINGS - New Clevite M77 Tri-metal bearings to match crankshaft.
CAMSHAFT - New M77 stock hydraulic roller camshaft. Optional Comp Cam's hyd. roller. Phone for prices.
Note: Must use camshafts that will work with stock computers and fuel injection.
TIMING - New P.A.W. single roller chain & gears.
BALANCED - Assembly custom balanced with pistons fitted to rods.
